Kalettes are a hybrid plant brand name for kale sprouts, derived from a cross between kale and Brussels sprouts. The plant is touted as being a highly nutritious vegetable that may be eaten as raw or cooked.

We love kalettes sauteed or roasted with garlic. One of our winter favorites. Those brave enough to try, love them.
